ALL HANDS ON DECK!

We need you to OPPOSE SB2386.

How you can help Election Security for Hawaii using your voice.

This is another RHOADS bill, you know that’s bad news
for election integrity and for the people of Hawaii.

Hearing is Friday 2/9 at 9:30 am.

Testimony must be submitted by Thursday 9:30 am.

This is what I call a Slippery Slope bill. For example, Slippery Slope bills are how we went from no excuse absentee voting to universal mail in elections. This is one of SEVERAL bills this session that pave the way to eliminate our Party run Presidential Caucuses which are done in person with Voter ID and hand counted paper ballots-and REPLACE them with STATE RUN PRIMARIES run by mail-in ballots and counted by election software source code. Passing SB2386 will allow them to pass all the following Primaries bills:HB342: Replaces caucuses with state run PrimariesHB411: Advances the 2  Primaries candidates with the MOST votes, regardless of party, to the General election (aka “Jungle Primary”)HB1485: Establishes dates for Presidential Primaries So far this is the only Primaries bill that has a hearing scheduled, but this is the one they need to pass in order to get all the other bills through. If they pass ONLY this one bill then they can resubmit all the other ones next year and push them through in plenty of time for future elections. Submit testimony now in opposition this bill!
