The Biden administration is pursuing a misguided policy that would allow illegal migrants to access taxpayer-financed college preparatory programs. The migrant crisis, fueled by the current administration, is already stretching our country’s social services programs to the point of collapse. Using taxpayer dollars to help undocumented students get to college, when many American students are ineligible for the very same programs, perfectly encapsulates this administration’s misguided policy positions. Recent cold temperatures across the U.S. have heightened concerns about EV reliability. Dramatic scenes from Chicago depict EV owners lining up for hours to charge their cars, with some towed due to dead batteries. EVs can lose up to 30% of their range in cold weather due to slowdowns in battery chemistry. Recent polling found that 57% of Americans are “not at all likely” or “not too likely” to buy an EV for their next purchase, and three-quarters of respondents were worried about the availability of charging stations and driving range. Etsy has banned products and sellers that criticize the government, make political points that they don’t like, or stand up for women’s rights.
Over a year ago, Etsy banned merchandise made by a biologist affirming that biological sex is real. Instead of following the standard review process, the company permanently revoked his Etsy store and account for violating “a policy aimed at preventing the sale of products that promote violence toward protected groups.”
Nearly a year later, Etsy threatened to permanently ban Laura Becker from selling on Etsy because her products acknowledged the harms of gender ideology and the stories of detransitioners like herself. At first, all of Becker’s products—even those that have nothing to do with gender identity—were removed or listed as unavailable. While Becker is allowed to sell now, her products related to detransitioning are still listed as unavailable.
Etsy will not stop viewpoint discrimination unless we do something about it!

B. Without separate men’s and women’s sports, female athletes wouldn’t have the same athletic opportunities as men.
C. Allowing transgender-identifying athletes to participate in women’s sports won’t negatively affect female athletes.

While the national homicide rate has hovered at around five deaths annually per 100,000 residents, D.C.’s was over six times the national average in 2022, reaching 33.6 deaths.

A 401K for every child! Everyone loves a good savings account, right? But as usual, the devil is in the details. Per CNBC, this Don Beyer/Chuck Schumer plan “calls for providing savings accounts for every child in the U.S. on state 529 college savings platforms, which would be managed by state Treasurers” (emphasis mine). Welp—there’s the problem. Instead of encouraging parents to start a 401K or 529 that they can manage until their children turn 18, this plan will be completely controlled by Uncle Sam. And as we all know, Uncle Sam is notoriously bad with your money.
