** CHAIR'S CORNER
------------------------------------------------------------
Subject: A Call to Action to Save Our Country and Our Freedoms
Dear Members of the Hawaii Republican Party,
As your State Chair, I am reaching out to each and every one of you with a heartfelt call to action. Our country, our freedoms, and the very fabric of our society are at stake, and we cannot afford to be silent or complacent any longer.
We need individuals who believe in the fundamental principles of our nation, individuals who honor the Constitution and stand for the rights of the people. If you are one of those individuals, then we need you to stand strong and join us in the fight to save our country.
Now is the time for us to be the voice of the people. We need individuals from all walks of life...doctors, lawyers, union members, construction workers, teachers, small business owners, and citizens from all demographics, to come together and run for office. It is through our collective efforts that we can reclaim our nation and preserve the freedoms that so many have fought and died for.
However, I must be clear...this call to action is not for those who support open borders, broken families, genetically modified food, dependency on government, the removal of God from our society, human trafficking, the mutilation of children's bodies, the removal of parental rights, or illegal immigrants being prioritized over veterans and the homeless. These are the very issues that we have faced under the current administration, and it is imperative that we do not allow them to further erode our values and way of life.
We cannot stand idly by while our country is being dismantled by Marxist ideals. We cannot allow illegal immigrants to receive more support than our own citizens, including our veterans and the homeless. We cannot allow non-citizens to vote in our elections. If you are not okay with this, if you refuse to see our freedoms and our Constitution stripped away, then it is time to stand up and take action.
I recently had the privilege of attending the RNC Winter meeting, where I was inspired by the leadership and dedication of individuals from across the country. There is a wealth of support and resources available to us, and it is up to us to seize this opportunity and make a difference in our state. I look forward to sharing my experience at the next state meeting with the State body.
We have already made significant strides, as evidenced by our advancement to the Chairman's Circle in the GROW program –I was informed this is the first time that Hawaii has made it this far in the GROW program. But we cannot rest on our laurels. We must continue to push forward, united in our efforts to support the party through both financial contributions and volunteerism.
We must rise above personal factions and focus on our common goal, to save our state, our country, and our freedoms. We have the power to effect change, but only if we come together as one.
So I urge you, my fellow Republicans, to respond to this call to action. Stand up, get involved, and be the voice of change that our country so desperately needs. Together, we can make a difference.
With determination and hope for the future,
Tamara McKay State Chair Hawaii Republican Party
