Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on a Colorado Supreme Court decision that disqualified Donald Trump from the state’s primary election ballot due to his role in the insurrection.

Ginni Thomas, a right-wing political operative and wife of Justice Clarence Thomas, was a major player in the Jan. 6 insurrection and even went so far as to pressure lawmakers to overturn the 2020 election results. As such, Clarence Thomas has a clear ethical obligation to recuse himself from this SCOTUS case examining if Donald Trump can appear on primary election ballots. But so far, he has shown no signs of stepping aside.
