John: In this morning's Florida Supreme Court hearing, extremist justices showcased a blatant disregard for the health and safety of women.
Their line of questioning showed that they are more concerned with political talking points about fetuses than with the freedom of women to make decisions about their own bodies.

We knew this step of the process would be hard, but even our experienced activists and lawyers are worried about what today's hearing could mean for our fight to guarantee abortion access. The justices (five of whom were appointed under the current administration) asked question after question, revealing that they are more preoccupied with the false narrative of late-term abortions than with the health and safety of women.
You and I know that the language couldn't be more clear, simple and concise. It is spelled out right here if you want to read it for yourself:
"No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider. This amendment does not change the Legislature’s constitutional authority to require notification to a parent or guardian before a minor has an abortion."
