Did you know that nearly half of all educators leave the profession within the first five years, often due to financial strain?

Our teachers work incredibly hard and deserve our support, and that's why I want you to know about my new bill, the Teacher Debt Relief Act.

In a moment, I will tell you how this bill will help our teachers, kids, and schools, but before I do, will you add your name if you support providing student loan debt relief for teachers?

Currently, teachers need 15 years of service to qualify for complete loan forgiveness. That's too much, and the Teacher Debt Relief Act is our chance to change this.

Here's how:

The Teacher Debt Relief Act will allow teachers to enroll simultaneously in both the Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

This change means our teachers can get financial relief faster so they can focus on what's important: providing the best possible classroom experience for our kids.
