Issue One strongly believes that our government and democratic institutions must work for the American people, and that no crisis should stand in the way.

That’s why we launched a significant social media campaign nationally and in states around the country about the need for Congress to provide funding to help states make it easy for people to safely vote in the November elections — through measures like early voting and voting by mail.

This isn’t a partisan issue and our elections are at stake. It’s critical that we have safe, secure, and fair elections in November. As Issue One ReFormers Caucus Co-chair Zach Wamp (R-TN) said, “States need funding right now for measures like early voting and vote-by-mail. This isn’t the time to play politics or move slowly. Congress must act now.”
