The coronavirus pandemic is a severe public health crisis facing our communities. In this time of need, I encourage Marylanders to join together to support each other. We will get through this crisis, but we must come together to help our fellow citizens.

During this crisis, many of our fellow citizens will experience food insecurity. Food banks throughout the region need help to support Marylanders in need. The Capital Area Food Bank and the Southern Maryland Food Bank are two organizations serving Fifth District residents with food pantries and meal deliveries.
