Here's how former President Trump's likely nomination plays in our race:

Public polls show that President Biden and former President Trump are just about tied in a head-to-head race here in Michigan — along with our race being a dead-heat. Given that the Senate race is the top of the ticket in the state, it’s just a matter of time until Trump turns his attacks toward us.

That means we can likely expect to see Trump in Michigan. And National Republicans will be doing everything they can to flip our state red and boost our ultimate GOP opponent in the Senate race.

So we need to continue building up our reserves if we are going to be able to fight back against the attack ads and outside spending and keep this seat blue in November.
