I'm excited to let you know the Conservative Partnership Institute has announced six new hires and three promotions ([link removed]) that will be critical for our battles ahead in 2024 and beyond.
Rachel Bovard, who helped found CPI in 2017, will return as the Vice President of Programs at CPI. In her new role, she will guide the training and coalitions programs while managing the government relations and Conservative Partnership Academy teams. Bovard has spent over a decade on Capitol Hill in various capacities in the House and Senate, including as Legislative Director to Sen. Rand Paul. She most recently served as the Executive Director of the Senate Steering Committee, the caucus of conservative senators, chaired by Sen. Mike Lee.
Phil Reboli will be Senior Director of Government Relations. A returning member of the CPI team, Phil will oversee outreach to Capitol Hill and the conservative movement for training, career development, and coalition building. Most recently, Phil served as the Legislative Director for Senator Mike Lee (UT). Phil has nearly 15 years of experience on Capitol Hill, cultivating relationships and successful projects with congressional offices as well as nonprofit organizations.
Sean McAndrews will be Deputy Director of the Conservative Partnership Academy, helping manage the new training program, including three new 10-month fellowships that launched this year with intensive education on policy, communications, and leadership. McAndrews has five years of experience working for conservative leaders on Capitol Hill. He most recently served as Legislative Director for Josh Brecheen. Previously, he served as Legislative Assistant for Congressman Chip Roy and was on the congressional staff of former Chief of Staff to President Trump, Mark Meadows.
