John,

TOMORROW is the Supreme Court oral argument in the biggest election case in history.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that "President Trump is DISQUALIFIED from holding the office of President," and now the radical Left is trying to ban him from EVERY BALLOT – stripping you of your fundamental constitutional right to vote.

If we lose the right to vote, we lose everything.

We've been battling in state after state to defeat these unconstitutional ballot bans. We represent the Colorado Republican Party at the Supreme Court – and with them, every American's right to vote – and we just filed our final brief.

Due to the gravity of this case – the biggest Supreme Court case we've ever taken on – a group of our donors has EXTENDED our Matching Moment until midnight tomorrow.

Our entire ACLJ team has been engaged in this Supreme Court fight – nearly around the clock for weeks – and that takes tremendous resources.

We're doing the legal work to defend our constitutional republic and your sacred right to vote, but we need your financial support.

Have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED by midnight tomorrow as this vital case is heard by the Supreme Court. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.
