Democrats in Congress are leading the way, united in our work to make life better for working families. We’re doing all we can to get voters and advocates engaged and participating in the democratic process.

This work includes contending with Big Pharma, cutting costs, and passing legislation that capped the price of insulin at $35 for those with Medicare, driving the three largest insulin manufacturers to lower prices for everyone.

Meanwhile, Republicans have dug in their heels, scheming to advance their extreme, anti-democratic, anti-abortion, anti-American agenda and they’re breaking fundraising records along the way.

We hate to admit it, but far-right extremism is helping the GOP get ahead this election cycle. They’re taking no chances and raking in millions of dollars as they set their sights on keeping the House majority.

Despite our determination to deliver for the people, Democrats need to pick up the pace… yesterday. As everyone knows, grassroots support is key to growing our momentum.

We’re about nine months (272 days) away from Election Day and even with the GOP’s fundraising success, folks like us can overcome their mountains of spending and achieve anything when we work together and put our mind to it.
