During my State of the State address last month, I proposed a package of bills to protect reproductive freedom for all Arizonans. Here’s exactly what the three bills will do:

• Repeal Arizona’s 1864 near-total abortion ban ✅


• Stop the invasive publication of health data on abortions in the state ❌


• Enshrine the right to contraception for all Arizonans ✅

I'm proud to give these bills my full support as part of my campaign promise to stand up for our fundamental rights in a post-Roe Arizona — but I need to make sure you understand the uphill battle we’re facing.
