Almost two years ago, a courageous medical resident leaked internal documents exposing Texas Children’s Hospital for continuing to run a pediatric transgender clinic … despite publicly professing to have discontinued surgeries on minors.



The information he made public didn’t just out the hospital for its deception — it swayed the vote in the Texas Legislature to officially ban transgender procedures for minors.



Anonymous, vindicated by the law, and in a red state like Texas, Eithan Haim thought he was safe.



Then, two federal agents knocked on his door, telling him he was the target of a criminal investigation.

Never mind that the documents he disclosed are now publicly available, and all identifying information was stripped from them. A quick Google search makes it clear he committed no violation of patient privacy.



Let’s be honest: Dr. Haim knows he did nothing illegal. The DOJ knows he did nothing illegal. They just want to punish him for daring to question a part of the woke agenda.



He’s already faced roughly $250K in legal fees — and an influx of fake negative WebMD reviews on his page. He’s exhausted his savings and retirement to fight a charge he knows is bogus. It’s an outrage. And at this point, it’s a pattern.



Because we’ve seen this before. Remember when…

- Law enforcement targeted parents who dared to speak out at school board meetings?
- The FBI raided the home of a pro-life dad with a 25-person SWAT team
Friend, It's not enough to donate to legal defense funds and cry foul at politicized law enforcement agencies.



We have to go on offense. It's time to fight the root problem: the leftist activists who have infiltrated our judicial system.
