As a source of inspiration, here's a poem my colleague Tara composed about her early fascination with the caterpillar's transformation into a butterfly:
"Don't blink!
You'll miss the caterpillar's humble crawl,
filled with patience we learn to admire.
From leaf to sky,
echoes of an existence
in beauty, it does conspire."
I'm looking forward to reading your entries! We'll contact you if your submission is chosen to be featured in our email.
Yours in conservation,
Jessica
