This week, the House and Senate are scheduled to consider bills that include full funding of President Biden's emergency aid request for Israel. AIPAC supports initiatives in both chambers to advance the process forward and ensure Israel has the resources it needs to protect its families and win this war.
While the House and Senate are pursuing different legislative strategies to advance the aid, and their two approaches will ultimately need to be reconciled, it is essential that we send an unequivocal message urging our elected officials to pass this vital security assistance.
Email your members of Congress urging them to vote for aid to Israel.

Congressional offices open tomorrow at 9 a.m. ET. Click here to find your members of Congress' phone numbers and call their offices when it opens.
We need your help to drive as many calls and emails into Hill offices as possible. The House is scheduled to vote tomorrow and the Senate is expected to begin voting on a funding package that includes aid to Israel as soon as Wednesday. We will email you tomorrow with links to email and call your senators.
Gallant: Sinwar and Hamas leaders "on the run"
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said today that half of Hamas’ fighting force has been killed or injured since the war began.
"Our goal is a complete victory over Hamas," Netanyahu said. "We will kill the Hamas leadership, so we must continue to operate in all areas in the Gaza Strip. We must not end the war before then. It will take time — months, not years."
Gallant also said that Hamas leadership, including Yahya Sinwar, is "on the run."
"Sinwar goes from hideout to hideout, and is unable to communicate with his surroundings," he said. "He turned from the head of Hamas into a fugitive terrorist, and IDF forces continue to pursue him."
IDF pushes toward Rafah
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said today that the IDF has dismantled 18 out of Hamas' 24 battalions in Gaza, as the IDF continues to dismantle the terror group's infrastructure in Khan Yunis and pushes south.
Gallant issued a warning to the remaining Hamas fighters in the Egypt-bordering city of Rafah: "Every terrorist hiding in Rafah should know that his end will be like those in Khan Younis and Gaza [City]," he said.
The mission of AIPAC is to encourage and persuade the U.S. government to enact specific policies that create a strong, enduring and mutually beneficial relationship with our ally Israel.
