I wanted to reach out and say thank you to everyone who donated, advocated, and spread the word to help us save 387 marmoset monkeys in Maryland from the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) cruel and wasteful Tuberculosis experiments.
We were able to fully fund our campaign, and we are hard at work strategizing our next move. We will keep you posted as we make progress.
I also wanted to share some awesome WCW momentum and a rare moment of unity in today’s polarized landscape:
At a time when it seems impossible for Democrats and Republicans to agree on anything, a notable exception has emerged in a new WCW-led congressional letter condemning the NIH’s wasteful spending on dog and cat experiments.
This bipartisan collaboration is a testament to the success of our work! So congratulations, Taxpayer, because we’re getting things done in Washington.
