The Supreme Court announced it will begin hearing oral arguments on the abortion pill (Mifepristone) on March 26th. This will be the Court's first serious return to the issue of abortion since overturning Roe v. Wade in 2022. 

We need to send a strong message to the Court that women are watching.

This bogus case is being pushed forward by the conservative Christian fundamentalist groups, the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, and their friends, Alliance Defending Freedom. You might remember the duo from their failed attempt to overthrow FDA approval of the drug via their shady Trump-appointed District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk in Texas. 

We stopped them once and will stop them again. If successful, this case can impact healthcare access for millions of women across the US — including in states where abortions are legal.

Let's put the Supreme Court on notice: we won't stand by while our rights are on the chopping block.
