John: On Wednesday of this week, the Florida Supreme Court will consider whether to approve our amendment language and ensure that it will not confuse voters.

"No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider. This amendment does not change the Legislature’s constitutional authority to require notification to a parent or guardian before a minor has an abortion."

Pretty straightforward, right? We're confident that our amendment meets the qualifications set forth by the court. We also firmly believe that women and girls in Florida deserve access to abortion without government interference.
Let it be known, John – all eyes are on Florida now. Extremist politicians will be looking to see how much we can fundraise, and they'll position their attacks accordingly. Let's show them that we aren't afraid and that we've got the support we need behind us!
