As we begin another new year, I wanted to thank you. You have been instrumental to the Entertainment Community Fund’s mission to foster stability and resiliency for the people we serve, but there is still so much work to do.

That’s why the Entertainment Community Fund has just launched our 2024 Annual Fund Drive. Your gift today will continue to provide a vital safety net for those in need in the performing arts and entertainment industry.

Even though the strikes of 2023 have resolved, not all work has resumed, and entertainment professionals continue to face lingering hardships as a result of the months-long film and television work stoppage.

Because of these factors, combined with a challenging economy and still-ongoing recovery in the industry from the pandemic, people are struggling to pay their rent, afford healthcare and even buy food. We continue to receive daily requests for emergency assistance from actors, dancers, camera operators, costume designers and many others in the industry.
