I'm writing to invite you to apply to a training.

This?April 12-14th, WV Can't Wait is teaming up with Training for Change to host a?3-day intensive workshop for Appalachian organizers who want to grow their training and facilitation skills.?

Politically, socially, ecologically--it's hard to say what lies ahead. What is clear is that our ability to go together--to tend to our groups' emotional life, to make decisions together, to learn from each other, to connect across difference--these things will aid and nurture us no matter what unfolds.

In short, we need more organizers who can facilitate groups skillfully.

If you're new to facilitation as a craft and this is a way you're looking?to grow, I hope you'll apply. If you're an experienced facilitator looking for a place to brush up and practice, this workshop is also for you. If you see potential in someone else you?collaborate with, I hope you'll tell them and let them know about this workshop.?We're accepting applications until March 1st.
