Did you know that meditation is scientifically proven to improve mood, increase well-being, lower anxiety and depression, and lower stress?
Come learn all about the brain-boosting benefits of a simple 12-minute Kirtan Kriya (KK) meditation. ARPF is delighted to host another week-long meditation challenge on February 19 - 23, 2024.
|
|
The regular practice of KK also helps you develop markers of higher consciousness including patience, awareness, compassion, and surrender to your soul or spiritual self.
|
|
Ultimately, meditation leads to unlimited love and altruism or the desire and ability to give to others without thought of reward for yourself.
Inner peace is something we all need more of during these anxious and uncertain times.
Yours in Brain Health,

Easy Ways to Support ARPF
-
Facebook fundraiser: ask your friends and family to donate for your birthday or another special occasion. Facebook offers this easy option, and it doesn’t cost you anything. If you don’t have a Facebook account, ask your young family members to create it for you.
-
Donate a vehicle: if you have a car, truck, motorcycle, RV, or boat that you don't want, it can be put to good use as an ARPF donation. This nationwide service is a great way to show support.
