My friend Gina Ortiz Jones is launching a brand new organization called Find Out PAC that’s dedicated to holding the three extremist Texas Supreme Court justices who keep putting reproductive freedoms at risk accountable.

Reproductive healthcare access is in a state of emergency in too many states around the country, and it’s especially at risk in states like Texas that are controlled by ultra-right wing extremists.

So I’m asking: Will you split a contribution of any amount today between Find Out PAC and our campaign to help power this work forward?

Texas is one of the states where many extreme policies are tested before conservatives try to take them nationwide, and the state’s near-total abortion ban — along with their Supreme Court’s rulings supporting it — is no different.

Just last month, the Texas Supreme Court told a pregnant Dallas mother of two that she wasn’t close enough to death or infertility to qualify for the state’s medical exception. Really? Because her DOCTOR thought she was.

The good news is that this November, three extremist justices on the state’s Supreme Court — Jimmy Blacklock, John Devine and Jane Bland — are up for reelection. So we have a chance to send a message to them, to every other extremist judge out there and to the rest of the country that messing around with our reproductive freedoms is a loser not only at the ballot box, but with the vast majority of American people too.

Please make a split donation today to support me and help get Gina’s Find Out PAC off the ground. They’ll be working hard to defeat Jimmy, John, and Jane at the ballot box, and they’ll need all the help they can get from dedicated folks like you.

Thank you so much!
