I completely forgot it was a leap year until I looked and saw February 29th on my calendar. This is great news for the finance team. We have an extra day to raise the resources we need to elect Joyce!
But even with an extra day in our back pocket, we are facing an uphill battle when it comes to our monthly fundraising deadline. We increase our goals every month so we are able to fund our campaign to win back the Governor’s office - so even though we have that extra day, our goal is bigger than it was in January. And it might be a leap year, but we still have two fewer days than last month to meet our goal.
So, we are really counting on Joyce’s dedicated grassroots network to help us keep pace for our February goal.
Meeting these goals will help us beat Kelly Ayotte, Joyce’s anti-choice opponent who is funded by wealthy corporate donors and her rich MAGA extremist pals.
