Thank you in advance for chipping in. It means a lot to Elissa.

IMAGE: The anti-abortion plan ready for Trump on Day one : The stakes of the election go far beyond whether a GOP president signs a bill banning the procedure.

We’ve said all along that this election will have massive stakes for abortion access, but it’s hard to sort out what the GOP plan is. Long story short, Trump and his allies have built out a 887-page plan to use federal law, State law, and purpose-built court cases to limit abortion access—including in states like Michigan.

This is the point: Even though Michigan voted overwhelmingly to protect abortion access in 2022, a second Trump administration is working on ways to overrule the voters and limit our access to abortion, even to victims of rape or incest.

This blueprint, which you can read HERE ([link removed]), includes preventing clinics that receive federal funds from telling patients about their abortion options, making it more difficult for military members to travel across state lines to access care, and using the federal trade commission to prosecute online clinics who dispense abortion pills.

Trump has always told us very openly what he plans to do before he does it. This plan to further clamp down on abortion access is a cornerstone of his campaign — and there’s not a Republican candidate we’ve seen who has the guts to contradict him on pretty much anything, including on abortion.

This makes holding the senate even more important. We’ve also said all along that the road to the White House runs through Michigan, and public polling finds incredibly tight elections in our race and in the presidential race. We’re building out an infrastructure to talk—and listen—to voters all across the state, as soon as possible and as frequently as possible.

Will you chip in today to help us protect abortion access in Michigan and across the country?
