Hi folks,

I know how much we care about reproductive freedoms, so I want to tell you about a new organization my friend Gina Ortiz Jones is launching.

It’s called Find Out PAC. As in, extremist judges are about to find out what happens when they f*ck around with our reproductive freedoms.

Instead of celebrating what should’ve been the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we’ve spent the past week in righteous anger. Anger at the post-Dobbs reality we live in, at the life-threatening hoops people are now forced to jump through to access reproductive healthcare, and the senseless deaths caused by extremist politicians and judges hell-bent on controlling women’s bodies.

We might be here in New Jersey, but every woman in our country should have access to the reproductive healthcare she needs. She shouldn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on a flight, or be worried about her internet searches as she plans an out-of-state trip, or drive under the cover of night to avoid being arrested or harassed while trying to get the lifesaving healthcare she needs.

She should be able to get the healthcare she needs in her own damn state.

I’m fed up, and so is Gina. If you are too, I’m hoping you’ll help get Find Out PAC off the ground. Click here to split a donation of $20 or any amount you can right now between Find Out PAC and me.

Texas is ground zero in the fight for reproductive freedoms, and unfortunately they’re showing the country exactly where these extreme policies lead us. A recent decision by the Texas Supreme Court showed us just how meaningless the medical exception can be – the only exception available in the state.

And we have a few folks to thank for that:

Jimmy, John, and Jane.

(Really.)

Jimmy Blacklock, John Devine, and Jane Bland are three Texas Supreme Court justices who last December told a mother of two she didn’t qualify for the medical exception to Texas’ near-total abortion ban. She didn’t qualify for the healthcare that could protect her ability to have children in the future – the healthcare her doctor said could save her life.

Because Jimmy, John, and Jane didn’t think she was “close enough” to losing her life and her fertility.

I mean, come on. How close is “close enough”? Two minutes? A few hours?

That isn’t justice.

To put it bluntly: Jimmy, John, and Jane f*cked around with basic freedoms – freedom to listen to one’s doctor, freedom to receive life-saving healthcare, freedom to save one’s fertility.

But Jimmy, John, and Jane are also up for reelection this November. And they’re about to face the consequences of their actions: Us.

Gina is launching Find Out PAC with one goal, and one goal only: Defeat Jimmy, John, and Jane on November 5th. Will you split a donation of $20 or any amount you can right now between myself and Find Out PAC to help get this crucial work off the ground?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your split donation between Find Out PAC and Mikie Sherrill will go through immediately:

Until today, Jimmy, John, and Jane thought they were going to skate to re-election to the Texas Supreme Court.

But no one deserves a free pass – least of all these three extremist judges. With your help, we can hold them accountable for their actions.

Please, consider donating any amount today to myself and Find Out PAC.

Thank you so much.
