This is big, team: the election experts at Sabato’s Crystal Ball released new 2024 rankings, and they’re rating both Pennsylvania and North Carolina as TOSS UP states for the 2024 AG races.

Both of these seats are currently held by Democrats — but neither AG is running for re-election. That makes these races more challenging, but MUST-WINs for us to hold as many blue AG states as possible this fall.
