What starts out as a simple conversation in the classroom can turn political FAST. Many of today’s teachers share their political stance with students. They talk about the political party that they are affiliated with and why they vote a certain way.
Students are extremely vulnerable. They listen to teachers – and the discussions of political stances can help to shape a student for years to come.
Considering so many teachers in today’s classrooms are liberal, this can be a dangerous situation. Students may choose to become Democrats if their teachers are Democrats simply because they were "taught" that it's the right way.
This leads us to an important question: Should teachers be sharing their political
opinions with students in the classroom?
