Joe Biden is fighting to provide access to health care for all Americans. Donald Trump is promising to try and kill the Affordable Care Act -- again.
The list goes on and on and on...
And with all this at stake -- and more -- it's a wonder that a relatively small percentage of Americans volunteer or contribute to political campaigns. Because that support makes a HUGE difference.
