You may have read that No Labels—a dark-money political organization whose plans could install Donald Trump in the White House—is baselessly accusing MoveOn and our partners of an unlawful, Russian-style criminal conspiracy against American democracy.

Dear MoveOn member,

You may have read that No Labels—a dark-money political organization whose plans could install Donald Trump in the White House—is baselessly accusing MoveOn and our partners of an unlawful, Russian-style criminal conspiracy against American democracy.1

Now, MoveOn and our partners are punching back.

The Lincoln Project—a group MoveOn partnered with to expose No Labels' threat to democracy—just published an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal calling the false accusations "an outrageous attack on the First Amendment."2

Precisely.

No Labels is demanding that the Justice Department investigate MoveOn, The Lincoln Project, and our other partners under RICO—the law often used to prosecute organized crime—all because we dared to criticize them.3

As the Lincoln Project writes in their op-ed, "government-subsidized lawfare against critics is a tactic of autocrats, not Americans."4

We won't be gagged into silence.

But our 2024 budget did not account for a potential legal fight with a billionaire-backed organization while—at the same time—running a massive, nationwide $32 million 2024 election effort to stop Trump and defeat MAGA.

Will you help MoveOn prepare to fight the baseless, politically motivated allegations against us—while we also move full-speed ahead to defeat Trump and his unhinged plans to dismantle American democracy—by making a $9 donation today?

John, you need to know some of the figures who are behind No Labels.

Will you make a $9 donation today to help fight back against No Labels' baseless accusations? Your donation will help ensure we have the resources to fight back against the smears while still investing in our 2024 election plan.

As we enter a critical election year, we cannot afford to pull a cent away from our campaign to defeat Trump's MAGA GOP and stop his radical and extremist plans.

Not when our program is as much as FIVE TIMES MORE EFFECTIVE, per dollar raised, than traditional methods. FIVE TIMES!

MoveOn's voter mobilization plan centers around a tactic called "vote tripling," in which MoveOn members organize people to turn out three of their own friends or family members.

We honed it in 2020 and 2022, and it's extremely effective, because it's based on existing, trusted relationships.

In fact, in the 2022 midterm elections, MoveOn's election program turned out an estimated 48,000 to 50,000 voters in battleground districts and states!8

That's an incredibly exciting result. Look at it this way: In 2020, President Biden won the Electoral College by a mere 44,000 votes in Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin COMBINED.9

Will you make a $9 donation to help MoveOn fund our proven get-out-the-vote tactics, which are up to FIVE TIMES more effective than traditional methods, while also having the resources to fight back against No Labels' smears?

Thanks for all you do.

Want to support MoveOn's work? The MAGA movement's book bans have forced teachers and librarians across the country to remove books from their shelves and censor what young people can learn. MoveOn is fighting back, including by filling a "Banned Bookmobile" with books that the far right has banned and driving it to key cities and towns to raise the visibility of book bans, hand out banned books for free, and bring people together to stop censorship. To keep up the fight against book bans and the MAGA politicians who support them, we need your help.

Will you make a gift to power MoveOn's critical work?

Yes, I'll chip in.
