*Purpose:* The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is proposing to construct an overpass at the intersection of US 385 and South Loop 338 (Loop 338), on the south side of Odessa, in Ector County, Texas. This notice is affording an opportunity to comment as part of the environmental review process for this project. If you are a property owner, you are receiving this notice because records indicate that you own property that (1) would be acquired (in part or in whole) for this project, or (2) is adjacent to the project. This notice and opportunity to comment is also being provided to affected local governments and public officials. *Purpose:* TxDOT will be conducting an in-person public meeting with a virtual option on the proposed project which includes widening I-20 to three lanes in each direction and improvements to ramps and frontage roads would be implemented, along with providing bicycle and pedestrian accommodations. *Purpose:* The public meeting is to provide information and receive feedback regarding the proposed recommended alternative for this 2.6-mile segment of FM 707.
