'Pure chaos': Proposed law would eliminate traffic stops
for 'minor offenses'
A new bill has been proposed in Illinois by the same man who
introduced the end of cash bail. This time he's targeting the ability of
police to make traffic stops for what he calls 'minor offenses,' that some
say are anything but minor.
