Since 2020, the wealth and assets of the five richest men in the world more than doubled, increasing at a staggering rate of $14 million per hour. The top 1% now has nearly twice as much wealth as the rest of the world put together. Meanwhile, 5 billion people globally are becoming poorer.

Billionaires and corporations are using their immense wealth and influence to shape policies in their favor, often at the expense of the working majority. They avoid taxes, undermine labor laws, and weaken environmental protections, exacerbating inequality and leaving millions struggling for basic needs.
