Yesterday, my opponent chose to send out a mailer and email full of dishonest attacks against me, my character, and my record. 

The fact that he’s once again resorting to Trump-style attacks is disappointing, but not surprising. With his lack of experience, he doesn’t understand the complexities of voting and legislating. Plus, when you’re paying expensive national consultants to run your campaign for you, you’re likely to do whatever they recommend - even if what they recommend is straight out of the MAGA playbook. 

Luckily, Texans don’t buy it.

This coming Monday marks one month until the primary election. In the face of these new attacks, I need your help to make sure we finish strong. Will you chip in $15 to help us win?

I have a record of service to stand on, and I don’t need to rely on lies and distortion to distinguish myself from other candidates. 

I’ve authored and co-authored more than 400 bills, 108 of which became law. As Vice Chair of the Women’s Health Caucus in the Texas State House, I’ve fought against extreme bills outlawing abortion. And after my years of leading the fight for gun control, I consider my F rating from the NRA a badge of honor. 

My record is why I’m the only candidate with a broad coalition of support from state and national leaders - 80 endorsements and counting! I know we can win - but I need you to help us keep up the momentum from now until the polls close. Please chip in any amount you can.
