Senate GLASS Caucus
The 2023 GLASS Caucus Board hopes you had a wonderful start to the new year! We are excited to continue building community with you all in 2024.
Membership
First things first, we all need to renew our GLASS memberships (Full Members, dues are due!). In 2024, we will be making a few changes—starting with introducing membership tiers (more on that below). Please fill out this form or the QR code in the below graphic to complete your 2024 GLASS Membership registration.

2024 Senate GLASS Caucus Membership Tiers:
Full Member:
(Full-time Senate Staff)
$20/year
Attend ALL GLASS events (Board meetings, social events, professional development opportunities, etc), including members-only events.
Participate in members-only raffles for special events and opportunities, when available.
Participate in the upcoming GLASS mentorship program
Receive GLASS swag, when available
Receive GLASS newsletters via Substack
*Remote Member sub-tier:
(Full-time Senate State Staff/Fully Remote Staff)
No cost
All other rights and privileges of Full Member tier
Access to remote/online events, when available
Associate Member:
(Fellows/Interns/Other Part-time Senate Staff)
No cost
Attend GLASS events (some board meetings, some social events, some professional development opportunities, etc)
Participate in the GLASS mentorship program
Receive GLASS newsletters via Substack

“Friends of” Member:

Shoutouts and Dues Assistance
A huge shoutout to Brian Walsh who donated $150 to the GLASS Caucus. Brian has worked for Senator Hassan for the last 3 years. Previously, Brian served as a staffer in the House and as a flight attendant with American Airlines. Brian is always willing to have a coffee or chat with anyone who wants to get into scheduling. Thank you to Brian for ensuring everyone who would like to join GLASS and enjoy GLASS events, can!
All donations above a Member’s Dues go to a fund to cover the dues of members who cannot afford the cost and to help with the cost of Pride Month events! Do you or a friend need help affording the cost of dues? Please reach out to [email protected], we would love to help!

It’s time for GLASS Board Elections! Each February all Full GLASS Members make the most important choice of the year: who will represent them on the GLASS Board of Directors. Look below for some important dates to keep in mind during this Elections Season. Interested in running yourself? Follow THIS LINK to fill out the Candidate Form. Make sure you get your name on the list before the deadline!
February 15 | Filing Deadline for Candidates
February 19-26 | Voting Period
February 22 | Meet the Candidates Happy Hour
February 22 | Last day to pay dues, which qualify you to vote
