Oklahoma,

Border deal negotiations have been top of mind for most this week. I've been clear: any border package must stem the flow of illegal migration, fix the broken asylum process, and reform parole. It's the only way we can adequately secure our border and protect our nation. For more on this topic, check out my Weekly Wrap Up here. If this email was forwarded to you, you can subscribe to my weekly enewsletter here.

We also welcomed the Oklahoma Transit Association to the office this week. We discussed what an achievement it is that Oklahoma public transit agencies serve all 77 counties in Oklahoma, as well as the challenges these agencies face in doing so.

Team Mullin was honored to attend Tulsa International Airport’s (TUL) groundbreaking ceremony last week to mark the beginning of construction on a new customs facility. This new facility will allow commercial air carriers to offer nonstop international flights out of TUL for the first time. Thank you to TUL CEO Alexis Higgins for a great event. We are looking forward to the travel opportunities this will bring for Oklahomans.

This week, I joined the Oklahoma congressional delegation in sending a letter to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator Michael Whitaker in support of the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City. In the letter, we brought attention to the value MMAC brings to the FAA and the solution it offers to the shortage of air traffic controllers and the need to bolster aviation safety. Check it out here.

I joined CNBC's Squawk Box to discuss America's response to the recent drone attack in Jordan that killed three brave American service members and wounded 30 others. Watch here.

49 percent of UN employees working inside Gaza had known ties to Hamas. I joined Fox and Friends this week to discuss the need to end all aid to UNRWA and counter our adversaries with strength. Check it out here
