Hoosiers are speaking out for transparency and accountability against the proposed multi-billion dollar LEAP water pipeline.
The LEAP pipeline, part of a multi-billion dollar IEDC development district, was proposed last year and could pump up to 100 million gallons of water daily from Tippecanoe County to central Indiana.
From start to finish, the project has been marked by failures of transparency and accountability.
The bottom line? Insiders shouldn’t be picking winners and losers.
