NIJ is seeking a Social Science Research Analyst (GS-11/12) to:
-
Oversee research on violence and victimization prevention, with a focus on firearms, community violence interventions, victims of crime, violence against women, domestic radicalization and violent extremism, and violence against older populations.
-
Serve as a technical expert focused on violence prevention and victimization involving diverse populations.

Perform a variety of analytical research, evaluation, program development, and other tasks in furtherance of the violence and victimization portfolio.
-
Develop, implement, analyze, and disseminate a range of extramural and intramural social science research and evaluation projects.
