Thirty-two-year-old Ryan Zink is facing 22 years in federal prison for live streaming from the Capitol grounds on January 6th.

What did he do?
Before I answer that question, let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is John Pierce. Years ago, I gave up my growing private practice and lucrative salary to put my Harvard Law degree to form the National Constitutional Law Union to defend our Constitution and the Americans who love it. Today, I represent DOZENS of men and women who have been singled out for participating in the January 6th rally.
Now, all Ryan Zink did was live-stream the events of January 6th on social media while outside of the Capitol.
Ryan attended the rally with his father, Jeff Zink, who is running for Congress in Arizona.
Jeff was interviewed but never charged, and he also didn't record or post any videos that day.
Ryan and his father were nearly shoulder-to-shoulder for the entire day. One recorded, one did not. One faces 22 years behind bars, while the other was never even arrested, nor should have been.
Here's the real difference . . . one man, Ryan, publicized the event and motivated others to stand up to the government. His father did not.
And now, Ryan has hell to pay!

My trial schedule is PACKED through the year, and I'm at my limit, but the Department of Justice is not. They are still making arrests to this day, and my phone is ringing off the hook. Families are scared. Homes and jobs have already been lost, and our federal government has been RELENTLESS in sending this message to every patriot in America:
“NEVER STAND UP TO YOUR GOVERNMENT!”
But our Constitution is clear, and our founding fathers did not mince words in the Declaration of Independence when they said:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
Peaceful protests and rallies are messages that our government has ignored until January 6th. The American people have had it and are reaching their limit.
And the Department of Justice and the Biden Regime have also reached their limit with us.
They intimidate, arrest, and lock up any J6 patriot they can get away with . . . so do we sit back, or do we hold our ground and defend these men and women in the courts?
