Dear team,

The Center for Reproductive Rights has launched a new interactive map to reflect, in real time, U.S. state high court rulings and constitutional provisions across the country. [[link removed]] You know, knowledge is power—and our new tool, State Constitutions and Abortion Rights, equips you with the facts to know the constitutional status of reproductive rights as the legal landscape in the United States continues to evolve.

Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and eliminated the federal constitutional right to abortion, states have become the battlegrounds for abortion rights. State courts are actively deciding whether and how their own constitutions protect abortion rights, and our new map allows you to track those changes in real time.

This map displays monumental high court decisions, for better or worse, and highlights where voters have approved state constitutional amendments that overrule the courts’ decisions. The legal landscape for reproductive rights is ever-changing, impacting our health, our lives, and our futures, and you can follow it with this up-to-date map. [[link removed]]

Thank you for staying aware and informed on your reproductive rights. We’re so grateful you're with us.

Onward,

Center for Reproductive Rights
