In a moment, we’ll explain why tonight is no ordinary fundraising deadline, but before we do, we’re humbly asking for a contribution of any amount before midnight tonight. It’s our first end-of-month fundraising deadline of 2024, and we urgently need to start this year on the right foot.
2024 is no ordinary election year – just think about everything that’s happened already in the first month:
After big wins in Iowa and New Hampshire, Donald Trump (a former President facing 91 criminal charges) has all but locked up the nomination. Incredibly, the entirety of the Republican Party, Fox News, and the rest of the right-wing propaganda machine are rallying behind him.
After having almost a decade to figure it out, mainstream media outlets are still struggling with how to cover Trump without helping him spread hate and misinformation.
The reality is that Donald Trump is a fascist demagogue who has openly broadcasted his desire to initiate a “retribution tour” should he retake the White House.
There’s no “both sides” way to cover that – only the truth.
