John,

I am extremely troubled by the hatred, bigotry, homophobia and transphobia displayed by my opponent in this leaked audio. This has ZERO place in our Democratic Party.

In comment after comment in the leaked audio he proves that he is wholly out of touch with the values of the Democratic Party on abortion access or basic dignity for all people.

Even in his “clean up” he continues to be deeply out of step with reality. LGBTQ people aren’t living “alternative lifestyles” we are living authentically. 

Every Pennsylvanian (and person for that matter) deserves to be treated with respect, no matter who they are or love.

Finally, he and I deeply disagree on who Democrats should work to elect. I was proud to vote for Mayor Parker and will continue to fight hard for our Democratic nominees this fall as well.
