Have you seen what’s happening right now in Washington, DC?
Republicans and Democrats worked together throughout the weekend to write a bipartisan COVID-19 relief bill that would expedite financial relief to those who have lost their paychecks and help bridge-the-gap for businesses whose revenues are drying up. It also sends critical resources to hospitals and healthcare providers who are risking their own lives to help others.
But at the 11th hour, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer conspired to defeat this bill – making Senate Democrats vote against it not once, but TWICE.
Democrats are exploiting the suffering of Americans across the country and holding this legislation hostage.
What do they want? … Pelosi and Schumer want to tack on increased powers for unions; higher fuel emissions standards for airlines; and expansion of wind and solar credits. What does any of that have to do with helping struggling Americans put food on the table?!!
Friend, we HAVE to get this bill passed. Lives are depending on it.
