John,

I just got an update from my campaign team. We’re still about $4,000 short of our goal heading into our first fundraising deadline of the year at midnight.

I’ll say more about why it’s so important that we make up the difference in a moment, but we’re running out of time so I’ll get right to it: Will you send a donation that works for you by 11:59 pm to help us make up the difference?

Minnesota is a must-win state if Democrats are going to hold onto the White House in November. Trump knows this, and that’s why his campaign has already circled us as one of its key “battlegrounds.”

We know the MAGA strategy: They will do (and spend) everything they can to overwhelm us with negative TV ads, hate, and division.

That’s where we come in. We’ve been building our grassroots movement for nearly years. No amount of hateful TV ads can tear down the meaningful relationships we’ve built in this state, especially when we’re running at full capacity.

John, we are uniquely positioned to cut through Trump’s noise, but none of our work is possible without the ongoing support of this team.

With so much at stake and so much work to do, we cannot afford to fall short of our first fundraising goal of the year tonight. Please send a contribution that works for you so we can close the gap and continue fighting for justice, truth, and solidarity, together.

Thank you,

Keith Ellison
