Friend,

As you may know, Senator Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) recently sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr urging the Department of Justice to open an investigation into Pornhub—one of the most visited pornographic sites on the internet that relies on user generated content— for facilitating the distribution of media showing the abuse of sexually trafficked women and children. We commend Senator Sasse for showing true leadership on this crucial issue facing our nation and our children.

To date, Pornhub has outright refused to implement any form of age verification system that would prevent children from viewing sexually explicit videos. This stance is in clear violation of the law.

Why does the DOJ turn a blind-eye to this behavior? What will it take for our nation’s law enforcement to take action?

It's bad enough that Pornhub is exploiting the current coronavirus crisis to expand its obscene and shameful business.

We call on the DOJ to confront the sex trafficking crisis and, at the very least, launch a criminal investigation into Pornhub’s complicity in these crimes.

Join us in signing a petition to the DOJ demanding that they investigate Pornhub immediately.

No one is above the law — especially the world's largest pornography website.

It's time to hold Pornhub accountable.
