LCB Board Action: Implementation of Alcohol Delivery and MAST 13 Permit Rules
On January 31, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following actions:
Final Rules Adopted ? Effective Mar. 2, 2024:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) amending multiple sections of rule related to alcohol delivery, outdoor alcohol service, and MAST 13 permit holders.
