While the Global South rejects British colonialism and genocidal wars, the United States has become virtually indistinguishable from our old imperial adversary.? If we don't reverse that trend, and commit ourselves to a bright and peaceful future, in the tradition of John Quincy Adams and Abraham Lincoln, not only is our nation doomed, but perhaps the rest of the planet as well.? This is why my campaign is a national campaign, even though I'm running for U.S. Senator from New York.
