Best Bets: Emerging Opportunities for Impact at Scale

In November 2023, IPA launched "Best Bets: Emerging Opportunities for Impact at Scale." Best Bets highlights 14 innovations that IPA’s experts believe offer the most opportunity for transformative investment to catalyze impact through research and partnerships. These innovations are “Best Bets” because they have enough evidence behind them to give us confidence in their efficacy, but need additional investment in research and policy work to help take them to scale. Shortly after the launch, IPA hosted our first Best Bets webinar on Entrepreneurial Mindset and Soft Skills Training Programs.

Moving forward into 2024, IPA is continuing to disseminate these high-impact results. On January 25, we hosted our second Best Bets webinar focused on Small-quantity lipid-based nutrient supplements (SQ-LNS) to reduce stunting.

“I have to say that the experience has been amazing,” he says. “I’ve done many things with IPA, from visiting people participating in social protection programs in the most remote areas of the Andes mountains to understand their needs to working with policymakers in Central America and helping them with scaling up and education programs.”
