Ten years ago, the Affordable Care Act was signed into law and expanded access to care for millions of Americans -- including protections for over a million Iowans with a pre-existing condition.

But my extreme Republican opponent wants to roll back all the progress we've made. In fact, she's voted numerous times to repeal the ACA without a plan to replace it. That's dangerous and unacceptable.

Now more than ever, it's critical that people have access to the care they need. In the Senate, I'll fight to expand access to quality, affordable health care, but I need your help getting there.
