Working Across Silos and in Community to Support Children of Immigrants is a new addition to our Social Justice for Young Children Conversation Series ([link removed]) , co-authored by Wendy Cervantes, director of immigration and immigrant families at the Center for Law and Social Policy, and Adriana Cadena, director of the Protecting Immigrant Families Coalition (PIF). It delves into their leadership roles at Children Thrive Action Network (CTAN) and PIF, respectively.

Together, they share collective efforts aimed at overturning harmful policies, ensuring the well-being of children in immigrant families, and advocating for the rights of their parents amidst sociopolitical challenges nationwide. The authors also outline effective strategies for supporting immigrant families and underscore the importance of including the voices of those with lived experience in shaping advocacy and inclusive policy agendas.
